I took the Spit out for an hour or so today, ran great, great weather, great time....I was topping off the tank on the way home and all of a sudden a stream of overflowing gas shot into air? Literally went about 4' in the air (of course the back window was zipped out ). This has never happened to me before on any LBC? Was the pump was at fault or was there some sort of trick here I need to pay more attention to in a Spit?. TIA
