hi there, this question is actually not concerning a spit, it's a 240z, but
it seems most the people on the z list are into how fast there cars go, and I
get nowhere near as much valuable info.
I'm simply looking for any pointers, I've never removed or installed a
windshield before. I have the seal and the windshield, I just need some walk
though advise on getting the job done without damaging the new window or seal.
any advise other than don"t do it(I have to) would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. my 73 spit is taking a trip to central oregon very soon, so it can
stay dry, it will share it's new home with my fathers 80 spit, which
speaking of fast cars, his is much much faster than any other spit I've seen.
Anyways there is a great big garage which once cleared out will be perfect for the
two(lots of very sturdy work benches and shelves for the enngine rebuild which
will most likely take place this summer.
