There is no difference *per se*; the same part numbers (810042 for RH and 810041 for LH) are listed for all GT6s, according to the appropriate factory Spare Parts Catalogues. However, the factory Mk3 "Graphic Catalogue" does list different part numbers (820546 RH and 820545 LH) for USA-spec Mk3 models.
