Greetings, Fellow Listers, What are the pros and cons of a downdraft Weber vs. a side draft Weber? Does one have an advantage on a stock 1500 motor? I've always liked the simple elegance of the side draft vs. the seemingly convoluted downdraft setup. Thanks for your opinions.
