Diff seals?! Save your $ - they generally leak like a sieve when new anyway. Unless they're completely missing you can just keep topping it up every 6 months - and it'll run for forever. Worst comes to worst you pick up a used diff in NZ five years from now, for a few hundred bucks - common as dirt - and have new seals added at your leisure.
Definitely fix the ujs though, money well spent.
