I am thinking of installing one of those reduction gear starters in my newly rebuilt GT6. Does anybody have one of those handy so that they can measure the length of the part that sits in front of the rear engine plate? My engine has tubular headers and I am concerned about the starter interfering with the header pipe. Things are so tight that one of my spare Lucas starters won't fit because it hits the header. thanks, Dave
