Why not take your current seats to an automotive
upholsterer and have them add the lumbar support you
want/need? They'd have several firmnesses of foam to
pick from and glues to hold the new foam in place
(under the seat cover). You may find that you don't
need a lot of bulk, just something firmer at some
places.
