I couldn't agree more. I use Mozilla instead of Netscape (Practically the same thing, www.mozilla.org)
and I never get pop-ups. Another really nice feature about the built-in popup blocker is the "Block
unrequested popups" option. So far this is the only popup blocker I have seen with this feature. It
means that if you click on a link that "popup's" a new windows, you will see that window,
otherwise you wont see any popups (I haven't seen one since I switched over a year ago now, except when I
/have/ to IE) As wayne mentioned it also has tabbed browsing and other addins such as mouse gestures and
icon packs (see www.mozdev.org).

        addresses.

I highly recommend changing the mail client you are using. The Mozilla suite has a mail client with a nice feature
called "junk mail" You can identify spam as junk mail and the mail client will learn what is SPAM and not
SPAM. It has greatly reduced the number of messages I see. I still get the spam, but it is sent to a junk mail
folder where I never have to look at it. If anyone uses this mail client, I would suggest that you disallow loading
remote images. (edit -> preferences -> privacy & security -> images -> 'do not load remote images in
mail & newsgroups') This will prevent the spammers from verifying your email address.

I know this sounds like a sales pitch, but I just really love the program suite and
think the Internet would be a better place if more people switch from IE to a better,
more secure browser.

One more thing. Mozilla does not allow spyware to install itself with out you knowing, such as
these "search the Internet" tool bars that every one gets and doesn't know how they
got there. Trust me, your Internet experience will be a good one!
