Actually there is a subtle difference in these seats. The backrests (squabs) for the later model cars are a little bit wider at the bottom of the outboard side. (The area around where the seat recline control is). All of the replacement seat foams I have seen are the narrow type, and would fit inside either covers, although the latter covers are a little "baggy" looking when used with these foams.
