Hi Paul. I just checked my 1980 Spit 1500. It appears that the front right
wheel brake line travel across the top of the front cross member, right at
dead center. The brake line travels up the front right shock support and is
clipped to the front edge of the flange. I could take a coupe of photos if
you need more details.

Subject: Brake line routing

List,

Can someone tell me the correct routing for the front passenger brake line?
More specifically, should it be routed on top of, 'inside' or underneath the
front cross-member. The engine is already re-installed and is making it
difficult to find the correct spot. I took pictures before disassembly, but
I didn't get a good shot of this area.
