Well the Carlisle PA EST2007 is just 34 days May 18-20, 2007.

We've got many 'first timers' at NASS events already pre-registered for year. One gentleman is even coming all the way down from Canada! Don't forget to register for the 'Fun Field' with the Fair Grounds themselves. Pre-registration for the field is only $7 for the day to park with all the cars on the show field! The sponsors are still rolling in with even MORE door prizes. It really looks like attendees will be leaving with more $$ values in donations than the cover charge to the show-in-a-show!. Add your own items as well. Some of the cash and door prizes you win, are all based on the stuff you donate or put in the Chinese auction as well.

Even if you only make it up on Saturday for the big Show Field day, it's worth it! You don't have to be a member of any club to come join us on the field on Saturday. PLEASE DO remember though to completely spell out the full name of The North American Spitfire Squadron as your club affiliation. That way they can point you to the right area of the field to park with all the other Spitfires and GT6's with the nass gang.

The Carlisle Fun Field application is linked from the main Spit-Together information pages on the nasshq.org site.

If you'd like to join the Show-In-A-show apps for the NASS registration and trophies and such is avail http://www.nasshq.org/spittogether/2007/est2007/EST2007_registration.html Please download the file, fill it out and mail it to the address shown. By registering early, it helps us know just how many people will be showing up as well as how many awards to setup for in all the classes.

REGISTER EARLY!
yes.... we're even giving away prizes for THAT! We're planning on returning to the Sunnyside for dinner on Friday night. Saturday night is the BBQ at Ron's house just minutes from the Fair Grounds. A short road rally through some really great smooth windy roads is planned. The rally will end at Ron's house well before dusk. A complete Itinerary is posted on the Spit-together pages.

There's a link to a ton of hotel/motel listings on the Spit-together pages. The http://www.carsatcarlisle.com website has tons of local info as well. They even have a list of 'sponsor' hotels in the area. The Gettysburg Battlefield is only 40 minutes away and worth a tour on Sunday
perhaps for a photo shoot.

Check out the http://www.nasshq.org/spittogether/index.html site for a ton of links. If you can't make it to the eastern regional event, all the links for the Central Region Spit-together event is listed on the site as well!

Hope to see you all there!
