I was at today's Britfest in Succasunna, NJ:

It was supposed to be rainy, and the turnout was not so great (maybe 60% of a
really good year), but I was the ONLY Spitfire who showed up! There were at
least 25 MGBs, and maybe half a dozen TR6s. I would guess about 100 cars in
all. There was exactly one GT6 (a very nice restoration), and also one nicely
restored TR7. It was told that my somewhat tired-looking Spit would have
received the second-place trophy in the Spitfire/GT6 class by default, but I
had to leave before they announced the awards.
