Can anyone confirm the spacing of the front pivot boxes for a GT-6? The space between the center holes for my 1980 Spit and my 1977 Spit parts car indicates that the two pivot boxes center front holes should be 27 = inches apart, but the new GT-6 Bonnet has a spacing between the pivot points of 26 = inches. Is there a difference between an 1972 GT-6 and later square-tail Spitfire? I only want to weld these once.
