Hi,
I have an Integral Cams camshaft for my Spitfire. They are apparently
out of business and I have managed to lose the instructions for
installing the cam.
Does anyone have a set of instructions from them? Mine is what they
called Stage 2.
How much variance is there in the valve timing?
