Hi Adam, The error message indicates you are trying to log either the y or x axis rather than the colour bar. That is, the mouse needs to be inside the colour bar for ‘l’ to work. It’s possible there’s a bug in recognising the colour bar location, but please confirm that (and preferably send a test datafile/.defaults/.limits) if so.
If all else fails, you can also log the column manually in the l) menu, option 5 (apply log/other transforms to columns). The interactive mode ‘l’ is just a shortcut for that.
