Well, I get to leave for my first and well deserved vacation of the year in like 36 hours...my vacation package includes a couple nights in Ft. Lauderdale, a cruise over to Nassau, and a couple of nights up in Orlando, FL.
I have a couple of extra days figured in so that my woman and I can enjoy the scenery, etc. We don't check into our hotel in Ft. Lauderdale until 11:00 AM EDT on Wednesday but we are leaving Tuesday morning after she gets off work (she works 3rd). So we will be cruising down 95 most of Tuesday with a goal to overnight in Savannah... >From those of you down that way...what's the weather been like lately? How are gas prices (I am driving the WRX so I have to buy 92 or better)? Any suggestions from locals around Ft. Lauderdale/Orlando on things exciting to do? I am sure I can dredge some stuff up but just figured I would feel out the "locals" who despise us "tourists"... One more day of hell...I mean work...left... Have fun, drive safe, ENJOY THE RIDE!
