If you are re-using your old upper strut mounts, which i assume you are, then you'll need a spring compressor.
Just remove the strut assembly (2 bolts on bottom, 3 on top) and slide it out. You will probably need a pry bar to separate the strut on the bottom. Compress the spring, remove upper mount. The KYB's come with new upper strut nuts, so dont worry if you lose one. The fronts are very easy, should take an hour or so to do both of those. The rears are removed the same way, except it can get a little tricky to get the 3 bolts on the inside - remove the carpet from the speaker shelf in the rear. You probably wont need to use the compressor to get the sprint springs on, they'll be shorter.
