What is a good compromise between tire wear and handling in regards to camber? Later on I will have Rota Slipstream 16" wheels and maybe Kumho 712's.

The stock Saturn strut bolts will work just fine since the KYB bolt-holes are slotted. You'll have no problem going with a stock or aggressive alignment. I have the KYBs and had the camber set at -1.7deg front and -1.5 in the rear with room to spare as the mechanic told me from the shop I used to work at. You can go over 2 deg negative with the KYBs, but that would be pushing it for a street-driven vehicle. Also, I don't trust most camber bolts anyways as they are thinner than the the stock bolts to allow for more adjustability. Save your $30 on them for a decent alignment.
