I have the same vehicle with the hotshot...my SES light came on and
resetting the PCM took care of it.  I hear O2's can be damaged easily so
hopefully that didn't happen.  Any leaks near it?  Also there is another
O2 down by the cat which is more likely to fail than the header/exhaust
manifold one.
