Reset the computer (by pulling the fuse for the PCM for a little while)
and/or adjust the idle screw for the throttle body.  When I received my XRC
throttle body the Throttle Position Sensor was bad, thus causing the car to
idle high.  I swapped the sensor out of the core throttle body and
everything was fine.
