If you use a properly sized Grade 8 bolt, you should not have any problems with these units.
I have been working on a similar design for months that utilizes a urethane insert. I commend Twistec for getting them out to the public quickly. I would also imagine that the vibration caused by using a urethane mount is going to be worse than using window weld, but if you are into performance, this really shouldn't matter. Try using all solid mounts like I have in my ride and you will forget about vibration after some time. Scott W.
