I just had word from Brian Austin that the first fleet of SPOC NE members - himself, Joe Cardia, and Don Vandenburgh - have successfully rendezvoused in Burlington, MA, and are on their way down to the hotel stop in CT for the night. From there, the CT crew will meet up, and a whole fleet from SPOC NE will cruise into Carlisle tomorrow.
Unfortunately, we have already had our first vehicular casualty. Not a crash, but enough to knock Brian's car out of commission for Carlisle. He left work today, came out to his car, and found all his coolant underneath the car, rather than in it. No way and no time to make repairs. Brian is, however, still on his way to Carlisle. And Brian's registration, which is now missing his car, will not be wasted.
