Bryan and I were talking about cutting Sprint springs to achieve a greater drop in the rear of the car. I got a 2" drop in the front but not in the rear. I want the car to sit level, with the same drop on all 4 corners. Has anyone cut their Sprint springs (or any other springs for that matter) to do this? We were talking about cutting off one coil from the bottom of the spring (the fat coils at the bottom). I don't think that this will pose a problem because the bottom few coils are compressed all the time anyways. I just hope cutting off one coil will drop it enough. Any input is greatly appreciated.
