the carbon is from the car running rich.  All saturns that i've seen run
rich, especially on startup.  Cure?  None, really.  Besides, those A/F
gauges with the pretty lights really dont tell you jack chit about what your
ratio is really like, although it will give a *general* idea of rich/lean...
