alright, just talked to OB and we got it all worked out. PLEASE NO ONE RESPOND TO THIS ANYMORE. it would be doing be a huge favor. I shouldn't have gone here making it seem like they suck, rather i should have just called them again. Actually, OB was very helpful and made sure everything would work out as it was supposed to in the first place. so please:
