These loggings were submitted to the Spy Numbers Station Database on 2002-10-28 by 
Dave Payne Sr., Vienna, West Virginia.

exact, analog readout on my radio. Strong signal on the 30 meter long longwire 9 
+30db. Never heard anything like it before, kind of an XM and XJT sound with a "glub"  
"glub" sound in one second cycles. Transmission stopped an YM said "One Charlie Echo.
