Has XSL been positively ID'ed as Japanese naval PSK? I see it listed in the database as such. I've been hearing it very weak all morning on 6445//8588.
I've been listening for the pirate CW beacons on 4095, 6700, and 8000 from my location in NW Oregon with no dice.
