Very strange signal on 9082 at 1820, been hearing periodically for the
past hour on that freq. There is a rtty signal a bit up freq, this is an
intermittent transmission that sounds like data of some sort. What is it?
Every now and again I have heard ALE on this freq too, but this is not ALE.
Will post a recording later when I can download something that will make
audio files that are a bit smaller.
It's been on and off for around an hour, so if anyone else had any ideas,
please take a listen.
