The ones I wonder about, are the ones that include a paragraph like that, but absolutely nothing else.
Like why send it if it's not conveying a message?
And I've got a few like that. Might be filter probes, so I just bounce them back with mailwasher anyway.

If they aren't carrying poisonous attachments, I usually just assume that they're most likely the result of somebody who hasn't read the instructions for their spamming software yet. I've had a few spammers where I could actually watch as they got more proficient at using their software until one day they suddenly cease operation. I don't know what happened to them, but it gave me a warm fuzzy feeling inside when they went away.
