If the transmitter is in Sigonella, I'm surprised it's so strong here and
weaker in England.  But then, we don't know if they are using directional
antennas or not and what kind of power they're running.

It's active right now, 2230Z 18 May, on 10512 and is about S7 here at the
moment.
