My guess is operations have been consolidated elsewhere. Interesting to learn of this
change. I spent significant time at both "C" and "D", as well as elsewhere. I wonder
how Brandy Station looks today. The old days are gone. We can be assured adequate
replacement has been configured somewhere. (Of course, a few years back, I was also
surprised to hear of the demise of ASA, Vint Hill, and other Cold War operations.
Unfortunately, the Cold War is still with us, renamed for political reasons, and those
on this list are in a great position to be aware of that!

Yes, Sue, just what DOES it get us? (Re: Your posting: Interesting you mention
Voynich (BTW martin it was apparently a creation of the great 16th-century forger and
cryptanalyst Edward Kelley) because many people have been trying to decipher the
manuscript but it HAS NO MEANING!
The same can be said of numbers stations too.
Cheers, Sue)

Nothing. Not saying the numbers stations have no meaning, as that isn't true. But
they will always be meaningless to unintended recipients.
