V2a is transmitting on 4479 at this moment. The signal is REALLY bad. It's also weaker than I'd expect. But for the last few days I have tried to find them on the usual frequencies at 1200-1300Z and 0300-0500Z with nothing heard. I have had limited time to listen lately, but they are usually on the frequencies I've checked out. Maybe they're just getting active again?
