I have run into what I believe is E5. I was listening for S17C around 1223z and heard the exact "Cynthia" voice reading off blocks of 5 digit number groups.. reading each twice. As 1230 UTC the carrier for S17C came on pretty much ruining reception of E5 except for a "tinty voice" reading off groups of numbers. Frequency is 8.190 for both "E5" and S17C Strange!
