To be simple.. "Rodent Revolution" was a one-man pirate comedy station WBNY... he used to do shows with a grenade transmitter with low power talking about Rodent takeover and Al Fansomes Tire Pressure.. purely comical.. no reason to take it as serious. It's whole thing is a big comedy thing known to people on the FRN.
