I also doubt "a drunk ham", but still wonder about a smart and underemployed
person(s) with impressive radio and computer knowledge.
Mark T.

Additionally I cant imagine anyone postulating that this could be a "drunken
ham"!!!!

Greetings from Brooklyn, NYC. After reviewing the numerous messages on this
loop, and theories presented therein, I wish to officially rescind my
allegation that YS is the work of a "drunken ham." I now believe that the
person(s)
responsible for this clever transmission is(are) using equipment that is far
too sophisticated to be operated while intoxicated. I do, however, believe
that
the person(s) responsible do partake in a cocktail or two, after their
transmissions, while sharing a good laugh with friends, at the expense of those
who
still believe this is a military or government operation. Thanks to Richard
and Mark T.(quoted above) for helping me get on the right freq.
