I listened a while again last night on 3890.  The audio changes (sometimes 
only a word comes through, sometimes just a few words, sometimes more) 
but it seems to be a clip of someone saying "It seems like I'm just a boy 
I don't think ..."  Where that clip came from, I don't know, but I'll bet 
it's from a movie or TV show.

I'll listen on 1770 tonight but that's going to be a lot harder to hear.  
I don't have a 160 meter antenna up here.

Whoever is doing this is certainly creative!
