Tom, There is a MP3 available somewhere on the web. I guess i should have kept the page as a reference but basically, some ham into the military deciphered the whole thing. He was quite knowledgeable as he was able to recognize the specific fax sounds and other sound sources used for the hoax. Plus the spoken part didn't make any sense to him. It was nice to see an extended analysis of the whole thing as it was reduced to pieces. But it was more convincing than some journalist claiming that a number station recording is HAARP related. Thinking about it, i think i have the MP3 somewhere. E-mail me if interested, i'll dig for it.
