Hi,
the designator is not exactly right, it must be E11b, cause a msg
followed the ID. E11 is the "oblique 00". Anyway, a very interesting
reception report from USA.
The deignator should be M11a, as it sent a message. E11b is for messages
with 77777 stutter groups.
The 121 ID is the special one used by the group and has no regular
skeds, it is used on voice and CW.
