Hi
I think you're right, I ran PSK31 and Spectrum Lab on the next broadcast
and couldn't find anything that would decode or looked like a data tx.
I think it may be due to an overlaying of harmonics from other nearby
stations. I even tried several different DSP settings on my TS2000, but
couldn't filter to the point of eliminating them 100%
Regards

intermittant PSK sounds?
I often hear little data bursts on the same frequencies as E03. They
sound much like the data bursts that accompanied the Yosemite Sam signals
of about a year ago. I haven't analyzed them to see if they are in fact
of the same character.
I doubt these data bursts are being sent along with E03 signals. I think
they are just coincidental and from another source. I have heard them on
other frequencies, too.
