Hello Spooks,
This afternoon I heard an unusual numbers station. It was a YL, but I
don't think she was a computer voice or recording. I think it was live in
progress at 2238 on 13200 USB with phonetic letters and numbers after about
every fifth letter. She had a few messages like this and at 2240: "This is
Andrews, out."
Anyone else hear anything like this?
