There is a beep that is almost constant on 6940 KHz rite now it started at 00:57 UTC, no voice anouncments are made. It then wend silent until 01:00:56 UTC It started beeping again. Every 3:43 seconds it has what sounds like a Data burst. At 01:09:19 it had another long beep followed by short beeps. It dose the long beep every 28 seconds. Could this be a time frequency?
