Cuban numbers station in PSK220F instead of PSK31 on 17478 at 1600 and
17436 at 1700. Both times the carrier came on with a few numbers read
by the V2 voice, then into PSK220F. Messages consisted of both cut and
long numbers.
Good lord. I think I'll update MultiPSK and check this out. Will this
be SK01a?
