Cuban testing (?) in 8-tone RDFT at 1720 UTC on 17435.99. DIGTRX
waterfall header sent. Several transmissions, most too weak to maintain
decode sync.
I keep thinking they'd do so much better in MT63. I wonder if they read
this. Try that or wide Olivia, guys.

I was out of town today, but left the receiver on 17436 and looks like
they sent the same nen12.txt file as yesterday.
