I am hearing it also here in MD in the USA at 1610z. Weak, S1 or so.

indeed! Strange! Still there ~1608z weak S3. Was strong at daytime.
So 2 poss:
It comes from eastern/middle east, so getting weaker due to sunset or
its near me, getting weaker due to skip is getting greater now:)
Interesting note is, E10 used it sometimes in past for ABC call.
