Hi there, fellow spooks! A a first-timer I bought a GrundigG4000A shortwave radio. If I scan the airwaves with intent to flush out short wave transmissions from a nearby neighbor whom I am sure has his tranceiver because I saw antennas, how should I tune my SW radio?
