I believe it was on the UDXF Group, but could have been here as well. Several dozen people, SWLs, Hams, FCC and OOs tracked down the precise location, contractor, possible building and most likely group to be operating the system. Some people even provided Google Map aerial shots of the site. Although never acknowledged, once the people suspected of transmitting the signal were contacted and provided with details, the signal and frequencies changed. It's possible the signal is still out there, but without the Bugs Bunny cartoon audio clip which made it stand out. Catching this message before it goes out... There was a private e-mail group set up dedicated to tracking the signal down, I think there was about fifty of us on it.
