The station you intercepted is actually XPA2 and scheduled for Tue/Thu. The
first freq you quote needs adjustment.
Null messages for XPA2 have a duration circa 2m13s; if your intercepted sending
ran for circa 3m15s then it was the first sending of the message:
04282 00085 05866 LG 12171
intercepted this morning.
