Hallo Ary, Thank you for your response. I didn't say that the website didn't exist, what I meant was that I couldn't find the program on the website. Pity that the "elf steden tocht" was canceled. So far we have had the mildest winter in the almost 40 years that I have lived in Northern Canada. Although we had a few days of -40C, most days the temperature is just below freezing. Average for us would have been -25C in January and February.
