Hello.
The following was heard yesterday, October 14th. At about 0720 UTC, I
noticed a carrier on 10755kHz, a frequency commonly used by the Russian
military intelligence agency GRU for unscheduled transmissions of E06
and S06 with ID 975. I recognized a characteristic of one of their
transmitters, which is a hum on carrier on both side bands, but actual
audio on the upper, with only traces of it on the lower. So I started
recording, expecting E06/S06.
However, at 0742:05 UTC, X06 started with the scale 154263, which lasted
until 0746:43 UTC. At 0747:44 UTC, the Windows XP USB disconnect sound
was heard. The carrier remained up with no activity until 0832 UTC.
