I really have no idea exactly what this signal is. It is a bit similar to the "XM Whales/Backwards Music Station" signal, but not exactly. I was notified by a friend earlier this morning that this was transmitting on 5241 kHz but I was away from my computer at the time. But as you can see, it was still going strong hours later.
